Our gold pieces are crafted with high quality 925 sterling silver plated by premium 18k gold. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.


How do I take care of my personalized jewelry? 

It's recommended to avoid wearing during activities such as swimming pools, hot tubs, hot springs, showering, etc. Water itself will not damage your jewelry, but impurities and chemicals in some water may. If you happen to find any finger marks on your jewelry, simply use a microfiber cloth to wipe it down.


    How long is the chain on your necklaces?

    Majority of our chains are 45cm. Exact length of chain associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.


    How long can the personalized name be?

    Our personalized necklace can support a max of ten (10) characters. Personalized options only support letters and numbers. They do not support the use of emojis, symbols, or spaces. 



    How long will it take to get my order?

    All items are made to order. Order processing time is estimated at 5-7 business days. During this time, your personalized piece is being made. In addition to order processing time will be shipping times estimated below:

    Standard Shipping: 10-12 Business Days

    Expedited Shipping: 6-8 Business Days

    Please keep in mind that these shipping time frames are estimates and do not account for delays caused by manufacturing quality assurance or service and weather disruptions. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, feel free to reach out to us at with your full name and order number and we'll gladly look into it for you.

    Will I get a tracking number for my order?

    Of course! After your personalized item has been made and shipped out, you will be updated with a tracking number for your order.


    How will my item be packed?

    Your unique personalized piece will be shipped safely in our Esmae jewelry box.


    Do you ship internationally? 

    We currently only ship within the U.S.



    Do you accept returns?

    Since all of our jewelry are personalized and made to order, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
